A Group Therapy lecture and workshop based on video artist Paul Ryan’s communication model of Threeing. The model acknowledges that we always assume roles when communicating, but can break free from these positions by practicing awareness and rotating through the triadic roles of initiator, reactor, and mediator, towards more productive dialogues.
